"I’ve had a hard time getting food..."
I’ve had a hard time getting food to cook evenly with this. The edges end up burnt while the middle is still cold, which makes me a little uneasy about whether it’s actually safe to eat. I don’t like having to guess or keep checking everything over and over.

"Delivery took way too long 😕"
My order ended up arriving almost two weeks later than expected, which was frustrating. I reached out to customer service a few times, but the replies were super short and didn’t really help much. The product did finally show up, so that’s good, but the whole experience was kind of annoying...

"Pretty easy to clean overall"
For everyday use, the Brio has been easy enough to keep clean. The basket usually rinses off without much effort, though if something gets really stuck on, I do have to let it soak for a bit. Not a huge deal for me, especially if I clean it soon after cooking.

"At first it seemed to work fine..."
At first it seemed to work fine, so I thought maybe I’d made a decent buy. But quickly it started shutting off randomly, and now I’m wondering if I just got fooled by something that looked better than it actually is. It feels cheap and I definitely don’t trust it to be reliable...

"Surprisingly easy to get started"
I wasn’t totally sure it would be as simple as advertised, but the setup was actually painless. The buttons mostly make sense, and I had it up and running on the first try, which surprised me a bit
